Assist authors’ in preparation room with technical presentation posters. Help ensure poster boards are set up in appropriate locations. Symposium Tutorial and Technical Session Greeters (attend EOS/ESD Symposium) Greet attendees at session and tutorial rooms. Help direct attendees to desired technical sessions or tutorials. Tutorial Session Room Monitor (attend EOS/ESD Symposium) Coordinates with Symposium staff Ensure Tutorial rooms are properly set-up Ensure all equipment and supplies are available. Record number of students in classes. EOS/ESD Association Document Development (attend Association Standards and Committee meetings) Participate in standards and other committee meetings. Choose a technical topic of interest. Join our discussions and influence document direction. Get the first look at developing standards. IEW International Workshops (attend IEW) Assist in registration and greeting attendees. Assists authors with poster set up. Help facilitate discussion groups, manage signup sheets, and attendance counts.
