Wes is an Industrial Engineer at Crystal Group in Hiawatha, Iowa. He graduated in 2024 with a BS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Iowa. He is the current ESD coordinator and ensures the facility meets ANSI/ESD S20.20 requirements. Along with ESD, Wes oversees day-to-day IE operations including tooling purchases, safety/ergonomics, and ensuring preventative maintenance and calibration tasks are completed on time.

Interests outside of work include playing/watching sports (pickleball/tennis, golf, and basketball), history, and spending time with family.

Xi Chen, got birth at Guiyang city at Guizhou province in China, and went to University of Electronics Science and Technology of China to get his bachelor degree of Electrical Science and Technology at Year 2002, then continue his school study and hold a Master’s degree at department of Microelectronics and Solid-State Electronics in University of Electronics Science and Technology of China,  the graduation date was April, 2005, after that, he Joined and worked for Intel Corporation. He started to focus on ESD related work since Year 2015, during his work life, he like to work with his customers and help them to fix ESD/EOS related issue. The most thing he like is to stay with his families and go outing with them, and he like his son very much, during his spare time, he like to play table tennis with his son.
