    Colleen Doll is the ESD Program Manager for Google Data Centers. She has been employed at Google since 2013 and has been involved with ESD since 2014. She joined the ESD Association as a member in 2016. 

    Colleen originally wanted to be a WWE Wrestler, then found interest in the computer field. She earned an Associates of Science with concentration in Networking Technology and later turned that into a Bachelors of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies, combining Computer Science and Computer Information Systems from Liberty University. 

    Colleen loves working in ESD among other things. She also enjoys helping people learn new skills so they can be anything, even if the interest is extremely different from what they originally planned. In her spare time, she likes to play video games with her husband and do Fortnite dance challenges with her three girls. Finally, she’s an avid shark enthusiast who never misses Shark Week.

He was owner and chairman in the company Sirel Ltd., a company who was selling ESD products and ESD services to the customers to get a good electrostatic protected area. The focus was always on the technical part of the business. Today he is working in the company Safestatics Ltd. as an advisor and consultant. He use to organize workshops, trainingsand audits in the field of electrostatics. For some customers Alain is working on behalf as an external ESD-Coordinator. He is member of ESDA since 2014 and as well, chairman of IEC TC101 Electrostatics, in Switzerland since 2009.

    Andy Nold is a Quality Engineer and Commodity Engineer at Teradyne near Chicago, IL. He is the Factory ESD subject matter expert and performs the company’s internal ESD audits. He has worked for Teradyne since 2011.

    Prior to Teradyne, Andy worked for the FAA, a small aerospace company and the US Navy

    Andy graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a bachelor’s degree in Applied Math, Engineering and Physics and a master’s degree in Engineering Mechanics

    Antoinette Grech embarked on her professional journey at ST Microelectronics in 1993, joining as a product engineer at ST Malta. For nearly two decades, spanning 17 years, she shouldered the responsibility of overseeing the ESD Control Program at ST Malta. In 2020, Antoinette transitioned to the Test and Finishing Central ST Back End Organisation, where she currently manages a multicultural ESD team across ST Back End Manufacturing and Technology, and currently also across Electrical Wafer Sorting ST sites.

    Alongside her managerial duties, Antoinette plays a pivotal role in the continuous improvement of the ESD Program at ST Microelectronics. She actively delivers ESD training, leads ESD line, equipment, and process assessments for production lines, and lends her expertise in root cause analysis of potential ESD issues.

    Antoinette's academic credentials include a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Malta, obtained in 1993. In 1997, she achieved the prestigious status of a warranted Engineer. Further bolstering her qualifications, Antoinette earned an iNARTE certification as a Control Engineer in Electrostatic Discharge in 2017. Most recently, in 2021, she obtained a Master's Degree in Integrated Product Development with Distinction from the University of Malta, and she has also been certified as a Professional Program Manager.

    Beyond her professional pursuits, Antoinette's interests encompass swimming, jogging, listening to music, reading, and cherishing quality time with her family.

    Arnel has been employed by Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) since 2005 working at NASA/Johnson Space Center (JSC) serving as the Safety and Mission Assurance Lead Officer for the ESD Test and Verification Office.  He is responsible for ESD assessment and certification of JSC and contractor facilities that handle space flight hardware and critical ground support equipment.   In addition, he is a EEE Parts Engineer responsible for the selection, testing, and failure analysis of EEE parts for space flight hardware.  His responsibilities also include testing of all wires and cables for JSC manufactured space flight hardware.

    Prior to joining SAIC, Arnel was an IRCA certificated QMS Lead Assessor and was the Certification Director for ABS QE Inc.  He also served as the Quality Manager for Innova Electronics. Arnel obtained his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering degree from New Jersey Institute of Technology.

    Arnold has worked in the static control industry since 1983, having graduated from the Polytechnic Institute of Brooklyn, receiving both B.S.E.E. and M.S.E.E. degrees.

    He is a member of the Board of Directors of the ESD Association and for 12 years have served as leader of the SEMI ESD Task Force. I participate in several other industry organizations on static control issues.

    As a certified ESD Program Manager, I provide static control program assessments, training, and problem solving skills. I can help build a successful static control program and assure that products are manufactured in an ESD-safe environment. My experience covers all aspects of semiconductor, hard disk drive, and electronics manufacturing, as well as, other disciplines.  I understand the problems caused by static charge, whether contamination or ESD-related.

    Bernard is the Corporate ESD Program Manager at United Test and Assembly Center (UTAC) and has more than 25 years of experience in the area of ESD control management. He is responsible for the ESD control program at UTAC and was previously also responsible for the ESD control program at the Integrated Circuits Business Division of Hewlett-Packard Singapore. Bernard is an iNARTE certified ESD Engineer and is also an EOS/ESD Association TR53 certified ESD Technician. He has published technical papers at various symposiums organized by the EOS/ESD Association and also participates in the organizing and technical program committees for these symposiums. As a certified professional ESD Program Manager, Bernard is now leading different factories within the UTAC group of companies for the ANSI/ESD S20.20 facility certification.

    Besides being active in the area of ESD control, Bernard has also contributed technical papers in the area of failure analysis. He has published technical papers in IEEE sponsored symposiums, ASM International sponsored symposiums, the Semiconductor International journal and the HP Journal. Bernard has also held various committee appointments in the IEEE Singapore Rel/CPMT/ED Chapter, and also in the organizing committee and technical program committee of the IEEE sponsored International Symposium on the Physical and Failure Analysis of Integrated Circuits (IPFA).

He also obtained a minor in Business Management.
