ESD Association Standard Practice for Electrostatic Discharge Sensitivity Testing – Human Body Model (HBM) Testing – Device Level – A Method for Randomly Selecting Pin Pairs
This standard practice establishes an alternative method for selecting pin pairs used in human body model testing as described in ANSI/ESDA/JEDEC JS-001.
NOTE: The results obtained by applying this standard practice may or may not be identical to the results obtained by applying ANSI/ESDA/JEDEC JS-001 using Table 2A or Table 2B.
