Michael Mileski
RaytheonCertified 2021After receiving his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Arizona, Mike went to work in the Manufacturing Engineering Department at Hughes Aircraft Co. in Tucson, AZ where he became involved in the ESD protection business almost immediately. Over the years, and after a couple of purchases and mergers, his company is now known as Raytheon Technologies and Mike remains as the ESD site coordinator as well as the chair of Raytheon’s Corporate ESD Council. Mike has now been a participant in the progression and maturity of the ESD program both in Tucson, and at Raytheon, for several decades.
Mike believes that by becoming a Professional ESD Program Manager, it shows both a personal and Company commitment to maintaining a focus on ESD as a major concern in the defense and aerospace industry.
Outside of work, Mike spends time with his wife and their two French Bulldogs and enjoys hunting, fishing, running, weightlifting, and building/modifying high performance cars.
