Kojo Appiah is a technical lead for the resolution and disposition of Electrically Induced
Physical Damage for both customer return and in-house product qualification failures. As
an ESD & EOS subject matter expert, he has also advised semiconductor chip design
teams on best practices for ESD Protection design and EOS mitigation towards successful
product releases.

Kojo has developed platforms and workstreams to support and resolve customer product
return issues. Previously, he worked on semiconductor device modeling and other
technical analyses in support of Flash Memory product design and development.
Kojo holds a Ph.D. degree in Materials Science & Engineering from the Georgia Institute of
Technology.

Current assignment and job roles at RF360 GmbH, Qualcomm include SAP Project Manager - Bizz, ESD Control Program Manager and Measurement System Analysis program. I am responsible for initiating and implementing the ESD control program and internal audit program at RF360 GmbH. After achieving the ESD program manager certificate, I am preparing myself to become the ESD Lead Auditor in very near future. 

Graduated from UniSA - University of South Australia (Master of Engineering) and also certified PMP, ACP, RMA and DASSM from Project Management Institute. I am also a certified Six Sigma Black Belt Quality Control Engineer.
