具有10年以上ESD实战及管理经验，先后在车载导航SMT、笔记本电脑生产、半导体集成电路封装测试等企业任职；

已考核通过工信部ESD工程师认证，iNARTE认证国际ESD工程师，ESDA协会符合性验证技术员认证；

曾主导过2个工厂的ESD系统及体系导入，包括建立ESD管控流程规范、ESD管控工艺参数的开发及完善、建立ESD检测无纸化记录方案等，对S20.20体系审核认证、ESD不良分析及支撑排查有成熟经验。

主导工厂经过ESD专案改善提升顺利完成客户CDM 100V产品量产导入；

多次荣获企业优秀员工、质量标兵表彰.

Zhang Shu Lei, Staff Engineer/ ESD Control

More than 10 years' direct experience in the field of ESD control, including management roles. Prior related industry experience included segments like the manufacture of in-car navigation systems, laptop computers and more recently the assembly and test of semiconductor products.

Apart from being a certified Compliance Verification Technician to TR53, Zhang is also the holder of an ESD Engineer qualification issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the P.R. of China, and a certified iNarte ESD Engineer.

Zhang was instrumental in the development and implementation of ESD control programs in 2 facilities, with extensive related experience in process improvement, paperless data acquisition, auditing and failure analysis.

His other personal achievements included the NPI of a product with CDM sensitivity of 100V, and personal recognitions as exemplary employee, quality circle milestone recipients.
