is the President Emeritus of EOS/ESD Association, Inc. and responsible for the Standards, Certification, and Education Business Units. He is currently the Marketing and Communications Business Unit Manager and chair of the Marketing Steering Committee. Harald joined EOS/ESD Association, Inc. in 1999 and previously served as the EOS/ESD Symposium general chair and on the Symposium Technical Program Committee. He is a chair of WG 22 and member of WG 14, WG 18, and WG26. He is also co-chair/founder of the Industry Council for ESD Target Levels.
