EOS/ESD Association, Inc., Business Operations Manager

In her 18th year with EOS/ESD Association, Inc., Christina Earl serves as the Standards Senior Program Manager and Business Operations Manager for EOS/ESD Association, Inc., where she plays a key role in advancing the Association’s standards development activities, strategic initiatives, and day-to-day business operations.

In her standards role, Christina works closely with technical committees, working groups, industry experts, and Association leadership to support the development, maintenance, and evolution of consensus-based ESD and EOS standards and technical documents. She coordinates standards activities and meeting programs, supports committee operations, facilitates communication among stakeholders, and helps identify emerging industry needs that can be addressed through new or evolving standards.

As Business Operations Manager, Christina oversees and coordinates critical operational functions that support the Association’s members, programs, events, and business objectives. Her responsibilities span program and event management, member and customer communications, process improvement, database and technology initiatives, and organizational planning. She works across departments and with external partners to improve efficiency, strengthen member services, and ensure successful execution of the Association’s strategic priorities.

Christina is also actively involved in planning and executing major EOS/ESD Association programs, including the Annual EOS/ESD Symposium, Standards Meeting Series, Technical Standards Summit, certification programs, and other educational and industry initiatives. She brings a strong focus on collaboration, organization, continuous improvement, and creating meaningful value for members and the broader ESD/EOS community.

Through her work, Christina helps connect the technical expertise of the Association’s volunteer community with the operational resources and business processes needed to move ideas from discussion to implementation. Her role reflects a commitment to strengthening EOS/ESD Association, Inc. as a leading global resource for ESD and EOS standards, education, technical collaboration, and industry advancement.
