ESD Association Awards Research Grant

(October 12, 2006) The ESD Association has presented a grant to help fund research in the area of ESD. The one-year grant is for $10, 000. The grant was presented to Professor Robert Dutton at Stanford University for research in the field of ESD, CDM and gate oxide reliability.

The research work on this project is scheduled for October 1st 2006 through September 30th 2007. The research topic is “Very Fast Transmission Line Pulsing (VFTLP) system for generating 100-ps pulses”. The anticipated presentation is at the EOS/ESD Symposium in 2008.
